1. Implementation of D-File activities.
2. Full transfer of official functions to D-File.
3. Providing training to employees in D-Filing and motivating them towards digital technology.
4. Encouraging upazila and sub postmasters to use computers and technology from the grassroots level through hands-on computer training.
5. To provide in house training to the employees under the Division on Cleanliness, GRA APA and building Smart Bangladesh.
6. E-Centre test and encourage entrepreneurs to do smart postal division through e-Centre
7. Providing all types of administrative and clerical services, handling various disciplinary cases, pension cases, criminal cases very efficiently.
8. Timely reporting to the Circle Office as well as the Directorate of Posts
9. Sending report to circle office after visiting different upazilas and offices as per annual calendar
10. Taking departmental action on receipt of any customer harassment, customer complaint, corruption complaint and achieving customer satisfaction through mobile
11. Sending employees to PTC Jirani for various trainings and motivating them to operate the Post Office as per the training received.
12. Engaging employees through WhatsApp, Gmail and website and motivating office management in the light of technology.
13. To prepare all the employees mentally and physically for the formation of Smart Postal Department of Bangladesh and to create skilled manpower following the Government Employment Act.
14. To conduct official activities as per Secretariat Guidelines 2014
